What better way to get to know a city than through its food? If you’re looking to taste the best of Béziers, join me for the La Ramoneta Food Tour. I will show you a different side of the town and help you discover some French gastronomy treasures. Whether you’re visiting Béziers for the first time or maybe the 100th, you will still be surprised!
Culinary heaven
Since living in France, I feel like I’m in culinary heaven. The French set great pride in their gastronomic heritage, and food is an important part of daily life. Even in a medium-sized town like Béziers, you will find locally produced ingredients. You just have to know where to find them. That is why I have decided to start La Ramoneta Food Tour: a fun morning out to discover lots of interesting addresses run by regional food artisans. You can book the tour directly online- here you will be able to see the available dates (from Wednesday to Friday mornings from 09h30 to 13h00). The groups will start with a minimum of two participants and a maximum of eight.

What to expect?
Of course, I won’t reveal the spots you will visit in this post as I want it to be a surprise. But what can you expect? The meeting point will be at 09h30 on the Pont Vieux, from there we will set off for our first tasting at Les Halles. Through the historic centre with its labyrinth of little streets, I will guide you to five other gourmet addresses. From artisanal made pastries to the best cheese ever and from the local wines to juicy oysters. And some other surprises in between.

Southern French flavours
In three to four hours, you will get a taste of some authentic Southern French flavours. All addresses we visit are run by passionate food lovers who will teach you more about their products. And I’m there to translate French into English (or Dutch) if you have questions or want to know more. La Ramoneta Food Tour is about sharing the good things in life and revealing some French culinary secrets.
